What I Do.

What I Bring.

Working With Me.

what i do

  • Meet and exceed expectations for creative excellence and brilliance by pushing for great work from the start of every project.

  • Take creative feedback from multiple sources and sort how to address it, directly or indirectly, for the benefit of the work.

  • Work with strategy and Client management to think holistically through the design problem, the brief, the insight, the approach; keeping those elements and guidance in mind throughout the process.

  • Drive creative direction and vision for the project or sometimes multiple projects, making sure none of them backslide over the course of creative development.

  • Am a sounding board and supportive creative leader for my team, while at the same time making sure they understand the high expectations of the work.

  • Lead team in developing creative presentations, coordinating projects, being a strong creative representative in front of opportunities, handling shoots, building content, etc.

  • Take direction from Client and remain ready to constantly better the work. Accept feedback with openness and grace.

  • Jump in to teach my team and Client whenever the opportunity arises. My knowledge and expertise is invaluable.

  • Make sure the Client and team, as a whole, are aware of the work out there in the industry right now, even globally. Not just the bad stuff, but the ‘good’ stuff too.

  • Work with the Biz Dev team to handle meetings, engagement opportunities, etc.

  • Remain current with pop culture in my specific areas of interest, but also remain aware of the broader zeitgeist. Bring that knowledge to my work, and require it of my team and Client, as well.

  • Constantly work to ensure the project is creatively and aesthetically ambitious.

  • Remain adaptable to changing and sometimes stressful circumstances.

  • As a creative leader, stay focused on solutions instead of problems.

  • Prioritize the collective needs of the Client over individual wants through feedback and collaboration.
